It was clear from the start that Berrynose had a warrior’s spirit. His courage and eagerness caught Brambleclaw’s eye when he was just a kit, showing the promise he had to be a great warrior. But his arrogant, bossy nature also makes him one of the greatest pains in the tail in ThunderClan, as many of his Clanmates can attest. It takes a special kind of cat to see past the obnoxious exterior, but perhaps such a cat lies in Berrynose’s future – if he can look past his own nose long enough to see them!
Clan: StarClan
Willowshine
When Leafpool learned that Mothwing didn’t believe in StarClan, she despaired at how RiverClan would fare without anyone to pass on StarClan’s wisdom to them. The perfect solution seemed to appear in the form of Willowpaw, a curious and eager young she-cat with a talent for healing and a strong connection with her ancestors. But will Willowpaw truly be able to handle the burden of speaking with StarClan with no mentor to guide her?
Graystripe
Graystripe is the first Clan cat Firestar meets upon entering the forest. This goofy and loveable tom develops a strong bond with Firestar and helps this new cat navigate within this new world. However, the pair’s bond becomes strained as Graystripe is forced to choose between his loyalties, and discovers that it isn’t always easy to follow one’s heart.
Reedwhisker
As Mistystar’s only surviving kit, he has an incredibly close bond with his mother, and some Clanmates cried foul when he was chosen as her deputy. But despite their doubts, Reedwhisker was not chosen simply because of his mother’s love. He has all of the compassion and wisdom to be a great deputy, and a great leader – if his Clanmates allow him the chance to prove it.
Mistystar
When Fireheart first met her, Mistyfoot seemed like any other warrior – brave, loyal, suspicious of outsiders but still willing to help and befriend those worthy of her aid. But secrets buried for countless seasons swirl around this warrior like a churning stream, and when the truth finally comes to light, the force of it just might pull her under – or make her stronger than she ever was before.
Harelight
When the impostor was terrorizing the Clans, Harelight was one of the few cats willing to go against the orders of his leader to stand up to the impostor’s cruelty and fight against him. For this moral and courageous act, Harelight was banished, forced to take shelter in ShadowClan with his older Clanmate Icewing. This period of exile would not only bring Harelight a greater understanding of and sympathy for ShadowClan, but would also solidify his loyalty to what is right and his sympathy for those not trusted by their Clan or cast out unfairly. Will this noble nature carry Harelight, and any cats under his care, through the uncertain times to come for his Clan?
