Spottedleaf

This beautiful, dainty she-cat captured Fireheart’s heart from almost the moment he first walked into ThunderClan’s camp. Though she died too soon, cut down by a ShadowClan warrior intent on stealing kits, Spottedleaf’s gentle warmth and faith in Fireheart continued to guide the fiery tom to his destiny as she visited him in dreams and passed on warnings from StarClan. Even as Firestar let go of his love for her as he began a new life with Sandstorm, Spottedleaf respected his choice, though love for him still ached in her heart, and she began to watch over and guide his descendants.

Brokenstar

After the mysterious death of his father, Brokenstar claimed the leadership of ShadowClan and swept through the forest like a storm, driving out WindClan, intimidating the other Clans into giving up hunting grounds, and stealing kits to pad out the numbers of his own Clan. A closer look at the brutal tom revealed an even darker side to his leadership in the exile of ShadowClan’s elders and the deaths of kits to fight far too young. He was driven out by his battered and resentful Clan, but with nine lives and an army of loyal followers, Brokenstar is still a threat to be reckoned with – and there are still secrets to be uncovered, secrets even Brokenstar himself may not be aware of…

Hawkfrost

Hawkfrost is the son of Tigerstar and younger half-brother to Brambleclaw. Left in RiverClan with his sister at a young age, this clever and hardworking tom soon finds his place as a well-respected member of his Clan. Hawkfrost, due to his desperate desire to belong, however, feels as though the respect of his Clanmates is simply not enough. And so he finds himself wrapped up within his father’s wicked plans for power, and will fight to the death to try and achieve what Tigerstar could not.

Tigerstar

Tigerstar is a power-hungry and cunning ThunderClan warrior, who seems to be hiding terrible secrets and devious plans. Always one step ahead, this dastardly tom seems to be lurking around every corner and looming within every shadow. Tigerstar’s ambition threatens to destroy not only ThunderClan, but also the entire way of life for all the cats in the forest.

Darkstripe

Once Tigerstar’s apprentice, this weak-willed tom attached himself to his old mentor with a feverish devotion. He cares little for true Clan loyalty or the warrior code, only caring for the vision of the future that Tigerstar paints, only desiring the dark warrior’s praise. His hatred for kittypets and loyalty to Tigerstar puts him at odds with Tigerstar’s greatest rival, Firestar.

Darktail

When young ThunderClan apprentice Alderpaw arrives at the home of SkyClan, he finds a strange collection of rogues claiming to be the true SkyClan, with the dangerous and mysterious Darktail as its leader. Unknown to Alderpaw and his companions, when they return to the lake, Darktail and his cats follow them, ready to wreak havoc on the Clans around the lake. Darktail’s past and motivation is unknown, but one thing is clear – he will stop at nothing until he and his rogues, who he calls the Kin, have taken over all of the Clans and forced them to bend to his will.

Ashfur

After losing his mother to Tigerstar’s savagery, Ashfur proved his courage early on by helping luring the dog pack to the gorge. The tom had friends, kin, the loyalty and support of his Clan, and a promising future as a strong and respected warrior. But none of that mattered anymore when Squirrelflight chose Brambleclaw over him. Ashfur made no secret of the anger and hurt he felt at this perceived betrayal – and such apparent slights are not soon forgotten. Can Ashfur let go of his obsession and recognize Squirrelflight’s right to make her own choices, and find peace in the rest of the good things he has in his life? Or will seasons of building bitterness drag him to darker depths than any Clan cat even knew existed?

Bristlefrost

This young cat has all of the eagerness, loyalty, and ambition to be the best warrior she can be that any Clan could hope for in a warrior. But loyalty can be as much of a weakness as it is a strength if it isn’t balanced by the will to question what one is told, and Bristlefrost finds out the hard way that not all leaders have what is best for their Clan in mind. Will Bristlefrost be able to save her Clan from the leader she once served without question? Or will the seeds of doubt and distrust sown by a false leader turn Bristlefrost and her Clan against each other for good?
