The time has come to announce our October challenge!

To celebrate the return of this most spooky of seasons, we’re asking our fans to draw the spookiest place in all of Warrior Cats: the Dark Forest. You must include at least one Dark Forest member, visitor, or trainee, and the backdrop of the forest itself, for your submission to count.

To submit your entry, email your art as an attachment to fanart@warriorcats.com with the subject title “Dark Forest challenge”. Please remember to put your artist name in the email as we will use that to credit the picture. The editors at Warrior Cats HQ will choose their winners and feature their favourite artwork in a gallery at the end of each challenge.

So, it’s time to get creative – good luck!

Once you’ve submitted your art, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your submission successfully.

As a reminder, any art submitted for this challenge has to be your own art to be considered. We also can only accept submissions that focus on the drawing itself – we can’t accept photos taken far away with parts of your house or yourself showing around the drawing. We’re looking forward to seeing all of the creative ways you guys interpret this one!

All entries must be submitted by Sunday 1st November.
