If it had not been for his younger brother Jagged Peak’s foolish choice to follow after Clear Sky and the others, and Quiet Rain’s desperate plea for Gray Wing to find and protect her precious kit, Gray Wing may have never found his place among the early Clans. But Jagged Peak’s own place in the Clans was called into question some moons after arriving in the forest, when he fell from a tree and permanently injured his leg.
